1. Make an Enquiry

Once you have made an enquiry, we will give you a call for a  chat so you can explain a bit more about your position and provide us with some information about the property. We will then arrange a suitable time for a viewing. 

This is our chance to walk through your property together. The more information about the property we get, the more compelling the offer is we can make to you. 

Once we have viewed your property, we will make you an offer. The offer we make will be the amount you receive, as we do not charge for our services or have any other additional fees.

We will agree a completion date to suit you. Remember, you do have the option to remain in the property after completion (ask for further information). Our experienced conveyancing solicitor will guide you through the whole process.
