Once we have viewed your property, we will make you an offer. The offer we make will be the amount you receive, as we do not charge for our services or have any other additional fees.

We will agree a completion date to suit you. Remember, you do have the option to remain in the property after completion (ask for further information). Our experienced conveyancing solicitor will guide you through the whole process.
